Methodology

We use our own client-centered design methodology - an adaptive, agile approach to learning ideas and design projects that is proven to deliver results.


Phase 1: Create the vision and plan. We assess the situation, understand your objectives, analyse requirements and produce a project plan.

Phase 2: Think, innovate and detail the design. We develop the 'big ideas' and create concepts within the agreed requirements.

Phase 3:  Develop, produce and implement. We then get stuck in to the main production – polishing, perfecting and testing as we go.

Phase 4: Support and integrate. We plan for and manage final delivery and ongoing support working in a joined up fashion with your team.
