Beauty Therapy requires the technical and specialist skills needed to conduct treatments, but employers are looking for much more! Such as, financial awareness, good communication skills, understanding of industry issues, the ability to understand customers expectations and to make recommendations.
Learners create their own hypothetical scenarios which help them complete topical industry activities and are set in a context that will enthuse and excite them. They are also mapped and complement the mandatory NVQ units.
