People who have physical or psychological problems often need help coping with the day-to-day activities that many of us take for granted. We will walk through a host of important topics within this environment including business basics, care planning, organising events, health and safety considerations and industry issues.
Employers are also looking for much more, such as communication skills, decision-making skills, and how to manage yourself, so we provide the tools for all of these too!
Learners create their own hypothetical scenarios which help them complete topical industry activities and are set in a context that will enthuse and excite them. They are also mapped and complement the mandatory NVQ units.
